Kathmandu. Rape accused artist Sagar Lamsal ‘Bale’ has been released on bail. Sagar was arrested by the police on Chaitra 21 after a young woman studying in the US accused him of rape.

Police had detained him for indecent assault after no complaint was filed against him. He was detained for five days on Chaitra 22, with permission for investigation, but was released on bail by the police on Friday.
