Kathmandu- A Kuda/Chudka song ‘Piyari’ has been released with the objective of preserving and promoting Nepali original folk music. This song, which includes the indigenous tune of the Gandak region, has given special priority to the traditional musical style prevalent in the Gorkha, Tanahu vicinity.

The song, featuring vocals by Ganesh Gurung, Tejendra Dura, and Manang Gurung, has lyrics by singer Ganesh himself. The music composition was done by Chandra Gurung (Keverpani) and Gora Baje (Toren), while the arrangement is by Tejendra Dura.

In the video of this song by Ganesh, the acting of Hitman Gurung, Sushmita Gurung, Anju Gurung, and Ganesh Gurung can be seen. The cinematography of the song is by Karan Chaisir, and the editing is by Bishnu Hari Timalsina. Manang Gurung has done the choreography and direction of the video.
