Kathmandu. The Pashupati Area Development Trust has stated that around four thousand saints will be present on Mahashivaratri.
Subhash Joshi, the executive director and spokesperson of the fund, informed that around four thousand saints from various countries, including Nepal and India, will be present on the occasion of Mahashivaratri. The trust has stated that they will be provided with accommodation at designated locations and discipline will be maintained within the temple premises.
The fund has stated that to manage the large crowd of devotees on the occasion of Mahashivaratri, arrangements have been made for darshan through four separate lines and that eight lakh devotees are expected to come for darshan this year.
